Run a one-person online shop's admin, stock and marketing
A solo online accessories seller deployed OpenClaw inside Feishu as an e-commerce assistant with skills for bookkeeping, stock checks, Xiaohongshu copy and competitor research. After a few weeks the seller says the daily operations take about two hours of instructions.
What they did
The seller deployed OpenClaw from Feishu in one step and gave it role-based skills: an admin secretary for bookkeeping and scheduling, a product manager for stock counts and low-stock alerts, a marketer for Xiaohongshu posts, and a competitor researcher. Four light business systems were built alongside it in Feishu for products, bookkeeping, private-channel customers and competitor monitoring.
How it went
The seller says that after a few weeks, giving the agent its daily operating instructions takes about two hours a day, and describes a feeling of freedom and control.
Worth knowing
This is a first-person story published on Feishu's own site, which promotes the deployment. It gives no sales, order or cost figures, so the business impact is unverified.
