Chase payments and tax invoices
The agent reads your outstanding list, ranks who to chase first, and drafts polite reminders for each stage, plus requests to suppliers for missing tax invoices. Nothing is sent until you approve each one, and every follow-up is logged.
When to use it
Every week, or whenever the aging report shows payments slipping past their due date.

Before you enable it: It reads your receivables file and, if a mail or chat tool is connected, can send messages, but only the ones you approve. It never changes amounts or dates, and tax deadlines stay with your accountant.
