Fair hiring shortlist

  • Recurring work
  • Apache-2.0

It will not score anyone until there is a written rubric based on the job post, then ranks applicants only against that rubric and drafts a reply to every candidate. It can also suggest interview slots and an onboarding checklist for the person you hire.

When to use it

When a job post brings in dozens of CVs and the owner needs a fair shortlist the same day.

What it can access

  • Uses the internet
  • Reads or writes files

Before you enable it: Reads CVs that contain personal data and can access Gmail and Calendar, so check privacy law (in Thailand, the PDPA) before connecting a hiring inbox. Replies are drafts, and a person should review and send each one.

How to install

This skill uses the open Agent Skills format (a folder with a SKILL.md file), so the same file works in several agents.

  • Claude Code: put the folder in ~/.claude/skills/
  • Other agents that read SKILL.md: follow that agent's skills docs.

Public skill hubs have carried malicious skills. Wize reads every skill before installing it and sets it up so a person approves anything it sends.
