Run a renovate-and-resell project from chats, receipts and photos
A Thai property investor behind SpaceNEXT told a Claude community meetup how he uses Claude Cowork to shortlist units, brief contractors, sort receipts and build the sales page for renovate-and-resell condo projects.
What they did
Claude researches listings posted in Facebook groups and filters them against market prices, then he decides and negotiates himself. It writes clear work documents so contractors and investors refer to the same spec. Project chat moved from LINE to Lark, and Claude calls the Lark CLI to work out which documents belong to which unit and to produce a checklist for each phase, while Cowork groups photos and receipts. When a unit is ready, Claude builds a sales web page and an overview link for buyers.
How it went
The speaker says project records no longer get lost in chat and contractors work from one agreed document. The unit he described was just going on sale at the time of the talk.
Worth knowing
Known only from an attendee's recap of the talk, with no profit or time figures. Choosing units and negotiating stayed with people.
Try it with Claude Cowork
This folder holds photos, receipts and chat exports for my renovation project at <property address>. Group every photo and receipt by room and by phase, total the receipts per phase and per person who paid, and write a checklist of what is done and what is still open for <current phase>. Flag any receipt you cannot match to a phase.
