Research, write and publish ten help pages with one command

A Thai Excel and Power BI trainer who runs the Thep Excel site, and does not code for a living, uses Claude Code to research, write, validate and publish function guides to his WordPress site in parallel batches.

What they did

He had Claude Code build the page templates, a search page and a related-functions graph inside his WordPress theme. Function content lives as JSON files, and Claude wrote a Python script and a hook to validate the format before publishing. A custom slash command spawns ten sub-agents at once, each researching and writing one function, then validates the files and posts them through the WordPress API.

How it went

The poster says a batch of ten functions that took about 30 minutes one at a time now takes 5 to 8 minutes, versus roughly half a day by hand, and that the setup saves him hours a day. A JSON check that took about 5 minutes now runs in seconds.

Worth knowing

All timings are self-reported. The author still adds screenshots and makes small edits himself, and he notes that Thai-language prompts use more tokens than English.

Try it with Claude Code

In this project, each help article is a JSON file in <content folder> following <schema file>. Create a command that takes a list of topics, starts one sub-agent per topic to research and write the article, validates every file against the schema, and then publishes the valid ones to <my CMS> as drafts. Report any file that failed validation and why.

Swap the parts in angle brackets for your own details. This prompt is adapted from the case, not copied from the original.

What this label means: User story
