Turn a decision into a questionnaire

When a decision is stuck because someone else holds the answer, the agent asks you just two things: who the questions are for and what you need back. It then drafts a short, prioritised questionnaire that targets exactly what you are missing.

When to use it

When you are waiting on a supplier, accountant, partner or senior colleague and need to ask the right questions in one go.
