Meeting notes to action items

  • Recurring work
  • MIT

Takes a meeting transcript or notes and separates decisions, action items, open questions and risks, each linked to the line it came from. It then drafts the follow-up message and suggested tasks with owners and due dates, flagging anything the notes do not actually support.

When to use it

Right after a team or client meeting, when someone has to send the recap and make sure every task has an owner.

What it can access

  • Reads or writes files

Before you enable it: Reads only the notes files you give it. Creating tickets or sending the follow-up happens only through other connected skills, so it is low risk on its own.
