Brainstorm before you build

  • Thinking
  • MIT

Before anything new gets built, the agent works out what you really want and why, asking one plain question at a time. It then suggests a few approaches and agrees a short design with you before any work begins.

When to use it

At the start of a new project when the idea is still fuzzy and you want it shaped before anyone starts producing.

What it can access

  • Runs code
  • Reads or writes files

Before you enable it: For software projects it writes a design document and commits it to your project. An optional visual preview starts a small local web server, so only allow it on a machine where that is acceptable.

How to install

This skill uses the open Agent Skills format (a folder with a SKILL.md file), so the same file works in several agents.

  • Claude Code: put the folder in ~/.claude/skills/
  • Codex: put the folder in ~/.agents/skills/
  • Hermes Agent: run hermes skills install with the SKILL.md link
  • Gemini CLI: run gemini skills install with the link
  • Other agents that read SKILL.md: follow that agent's skills docs.

Public skill hubs have carried malicious skills. Wize reads every skill before installing it and sets it up so a person approves anything it sends.
