Find stalled deals and write follow-ups from call transcripts
A small agency team connected OpenClaw to HubSpot, asked which deals needed chasing, and had it write a follow-up sequence personalized from each lead's discovery call transcript.
What they did
The team connected OpenClaw to their HubSpot CRM and asked how many deals they needed to chase; it broke open deals down by pipeline and stage. They then asked for a follow-up system and got a multi-day sequence mixing email, LinkedIn, SMS and a call script. Because transcripts, proposals and research docs were attached to each deal, they told it to pull everything for one lead and personalize the sequence.
How it went
The poster says it returned 169 open deals in seconds, and that the sequence it wrote used the lead's own pain points and wording from the call rather than a generic template.
Worth knowing
At the time of posting the agent only had read access; pushing tasks back into HubSpot was still a next step, and the post does not report reply or close rates.
Try it with OpenClaw
Connect to <your CRM> with read-only access and list every open deal grouped by pipeline and stage, flagging the ones with no activity in <number of days>. For the top <number> stalled deals, read the attached call transcripts and proposals and write a short follow-up sequence of <number> touches that uses the prospect's own stated problems. Put the drafts in <your drafts folder> and do not send or change anything in the CRM.

What this label means: User reports
Someone using it at work posted about it. Any numbers are theirs, so we write "the poster says".
Real cases of AI agents at work, from every major agent, each linked to where it was first reported. Rewritten in our own words, most with a prompt you can try. These are not Wize customers.
