Answer product questions from calls, tickets and usage data at once
A SpaceXSI team member writing for product managers describes using Grok Bot agents to answer customer and product questions by pulling together call transcripts, support tickets, Slack customer channels and usage data, then turning discussions into prioritised specs.
What they did
The PM agent is connected to Granola and Gong transcripts, Slack, Databricks usage and subscription data, Intercom or Plain tickets, Notion and a researcher's interview database, and is asked ad hoc questions such as which newly onboarded enterprise customers use a feature or where customers drop off in the funnel. A separate analyst agent reviews the dashboard every morning and re-cuts numbers on request.
How it went
The author says agents can now answer these questions more holistically than before, while human analysts still take the hard, ambiguous ones.
Worth knowing
This is a vendor guide based on internal use before launch, and it gives no measured results for the research work.
Try it with Grok Bot
Using <your call transcript tool>, <your support ticket tool> and <your product usage data>, answer this question: <your product question>. List the customers involved, quote the most relevant lines from calls or tickets with links, and show the usage numbers behind your answer. Say clearly which parts are uncertain or rest on only one source.
We wrote this prompt from the case. Replace the parts in angle brackets with your own details.
