Let your team package their best checklists as reusable skills
Brainlabs, a media agency, rolled out Claude Cowork to its whole workforce, and employees authored about 400 skills in four weeks, including SEO audit and on-brand design skills.
What they did
The SEO team turned its audit checklist and a decade of agency know-how into a skill so audits come out consistent whichever strategist runs them. A brand skill produces decks, social graphics and one-pagers without a designer, and when the library got messy the team built a skills auditor that flags duplicates and proposes merged rewrites. Skills need an owner's approval before going live.
How it went
The company reports 91 percent adoption in North America and drafts that come out about 80 percent complete in its own voice.
Worth knowing
Quality was uneven until the auditor existed, the rollout took four weeks rather than the planned one, and inputs and outputs of most skills are not described.
Try it with Claude Cowork
Turn our audit checklist in <your checklist file> into a reusable skill. The skill should ask for <the client site or account>, work through every checklist item, mark each as pass, fail or needs review with evidence, and end with the five most important fixes. Use the examples in <your past audit folder> as the standard for what good looks like.
